University of Bridgeport's School of Business Welcomes International Experts to "Business of Sports" Symposium

Trefz School of Business recently welcomed a slate of international business experts to its successful "Business of Sports" symposium on Friday, September 22, 2023. The event, organized by students in UB's business programs, brought together a diverse audience of students, faculty, and community members to explore the intricacies of sports management and leadership.
The symposium took place on the University campus and featured a dynamic panel of speakers representing regional, national, and international sports teams and leagues. Attendees were treated to an engaging discussion moderated by UB graduate student and men's basketball player Ryo Kobayashi, who led an interactive Q&A session with the experts, providing valuable insight into the business aspects of professional athletics and eSports.
